I'm accepting new students for my beginner/intermediate and advanced weekly small group classes via Zoom. The interactive classes will include both Hand Held and Lap Style playing, Call and Response Sessions, Tehais, Technique Exercises and more. As with my current ongoing classes, we will delve into Velez Fast Fingerings, Split Hand Technique, Compositions, Ratio Exercises and More!

My main goals are for students to be able to freely get around the instrument, understand some Middle Eastern and modern playing techniques, and be fluid enough to play basic grooves and be able to embellish around those rhythms.
VELEZ/SHERONICK RETREATS:
I'm thrilled to be hosting in-person and online Retreats with my teacher Glen Velez. Join Frame Drummers from around the US and beyond for these wonderful interactive events. All Intensives are for ALL LEVELS. Beginners are welcome!
