FrameDrumSchool.org is an online learning platform with a relaxed yet pointed approach to learning frame drums.    

Professional musicians, college students and general enthusiasts are all part of our learning community.  And having a long tradition of being used in the healing arts, many FDS students are practitioners in Music and Physical Therapy, Sound Meditation, Yoga and Massage.

Since our inception, FrameDrumSchool.org has enrolled over 1000 students from 66 countries.

Instruction is currently available for Lap Style and Hand Held playing of the Tar and Bodhran as well as the Riq (Middle Eastern Tambourine).    

Where to start???  Frame Drums 101 is a one of a kind course which starts with how to hold the instrument and play basic tones, and concludes with the student playing a composed solo on a recital or concert.  This is Yousif's most popular course taken by hundreds of students

Instructor Yousif Sheronick is world renowned as both a player and educator.  His frame drum pedagogy has a direct link to master frame drummer and father of the modern frame drum movement Glen Velez, whom Yousif has worked with for over 30 years.  Yousif’s teaching method combines his many influences playing World Music, Classical, Jazz, Rock, Early Music, among others.  

Yousif has performed around the globe with Glen Velez, Philip Glass, Yo Yo Ma, Ethos Percussion Group, duoJalal, Laurie Anderson, Branford Marsalis, Sonny Fortune, Cindy Blackman Santana and Paul Winter.  His workshops have been presented at prestigious universities in North and South America, Asia and Australia.

FAQ:

When I enroll in a course do I have access to all videos?  
Yes, you will have immediate access to ALL videos and worksheet downloads. 

When I use a coupon for a monthly plan do I get the discount every month?  
Yes, if you have a coupon code you will receive the discount every month you stay enrolled.  If you cancel your subscription and re-enroll you will no longer receive the discount.           

Can I use PayPal?    
You can use PayPal for courses that don't have a monthly subscription.  PayPal is not set up to receive recurring payments.  

Can I download the PDFs?  
Yes, you can download the PDFs and keep them forever.  

How Do I Cancel a Monthly Subscription?
To end recurring payments go to My Account > Billing.  You can hit Cancel for that subscription or payment plan.  You will continue to have access until the end of that billing period.  

What is the refund policy?  
You can cancel the Zoom Private lesson for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.  No refunds for all other courses.  Some exceptions may be made.  Contact Yousif directly with your concerns.    

Can I download the videos?  
No, you cannot download the videos.  They are only available to stream.  

Is my credit card info safe?
Absolutely. We don’t collect any of your personal information.  All purchases are made through Stripe which is extremely safe.
